He told me what he was going to do, did it, what he was going to use, and left me a bottle for later, applied stain guard and then vacuumed. It looks beautiful. He was able to take out stains that I didn't even think he could.

Comments: T4HC took my phone call at 8PM at night and scheduled something for 8AM the next morning. So responsive! The rug that was soiled wasn't ruined because of their quick response. They did have a $230 cleaning minimum to come out so we had our slipcovered chair and sofa done as well. They spent a long time cleaning and disinfecting. Great job!

I only wish they had put on shoe covers as they walked through the house with the equipment. Wearing shoes from outside while they are cleaning the inside seems a bit counter-productive. Lou, the owner was very easy to work with. I had to move the date of cleaning several times, and he was always accommodating.

Showed up at our scheduled time literally on the dot!. So appreciated- time is so valued. Wayne was also extremely careful wth the furniture,walls, staircase & rails as to not bang or scratch. We've had our carpets cleaned many times- live on the beach with 2 super furry animals & lots of guests - our carpets look new not 20 yrs old. So impressed by the job done. The price very fair- not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Will def be using them again!

Some of the stains just couldn't come out on both, but overall, it was worth it because it smells very fresh and clean and the rug is definitely brighter. The couch also has less noticeable stains. Their friendliness, cleanliness and service was tops. They did the absolute best they could with what they had to work with!
